Okay, so you wouldn't expect a post about football on a fashion blog but think about the fashion possibilities it brings! Since football season officially starts tonight I thought it would be appropriate to discuss what we would wear to a game. Of course, I know it depends on whether your team plays outside or in a dome. But go with me on this one...think outside! Think cold, think hot chocolate, think falling leaves and think about looking fierce!
Showing pride for your favorite team by pulling out your team gear! If the Indianapolis Colts colors were green and white, my wardrobe would be full of team colors! If you don't have a favorite team then use the other items hanging in your fall/winter closet. Turtlenecks, sweatshirts, jeans or corduroy pants (yes, ladies, they are coming back in style!) What about a pair of wool walking shorts with a pair of tights and booties all worn with a great sweater? Oooh, a pair of leather pants (oooh, green leather pants!) with a cable knit sweater. Color blocking is strong this season so don't forget to look for it when shopping! Fur vests are really in right now, pull them out of your closet. Your choices are endless
