OPRAH WEARS GREEN

Surrounded by her "daughters" all dressed impeccably in white dresses, Oprah stands out in her green as she watched the first class of her school in South Africa graduate. Congratulations to all of the graduates and a big shout out to Oprah for seeing her dream come true!

It's a rare piece of clothing that catches my eye that doesn't have the color green in it somewhere, and the dress Ann Curry wore to celebrate The Today Show's 60th birthday was just one of those pieces. I've never heard of Lisa Perry who designed the dress, but I bet we hear bunches from her in the near future!

GREEN IN ENGLAND

I found this picture on www.honestlywtf.com  The blog was about a converted run-down Victorian in Faversham, on the Kent coast of England. Of course it was great that craftsman Nick Kenny used only recycled and salvaged materials, but what impressed me most was his choice of the color green! Not only on the outside of the house but hanging up in one of the rooms was...the color green!
